Day 2 Happy Birthday to Hannah! TEN years old!!
Waiting for the bus to take us there. I will just go ahead and say that the double stroller we rented was awesome! I don't know how we would have made it without it. The kids took turns in it. The only thing I wish we had done differently was to get another single along with the double! They kind of fought over riding too much. Hard to blame them. We did a TON of walking.
First glimpse of Cinderella's Castle!!!
Rapunzel's Tower
Pretty quickly we hit the rides. We took advantage of the FastPass+ System and so we tried to plan our riding around those times. It was kind of crazy. Between the 2 days that we were here, though, we road just about everything.
Magic Carpets of Aladdin.
Wish our pictures in front of the castle had been better but the sun was shining right in our eyes.
This was just a few pictures of a show in front of the castle with a lot of the characters.
Tomorrowland Speedway.
We had lunch at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Cafe.
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. It was really cute. It was a game where you got to fire lasers and shoot things. You were competing against each other and got a score at the end.
So, Layton's height was about 39 1/2 inches. He was so close to 40 inches that on some rides the workers would let him through and then others they wouldn't. He was the cutest thing trying to stand as tall as he could when he was being measured. I don't think there would have been anything he wouldn't have ridden. He was not able to ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, so it was just the four of us. I can't remember exactly but I think Dad rode this one too.
These next few were from the Buzz Lightyear ride. They crack me up. I especially love Mom and Dad's! Ha! You can barely make Layton out next to me.
This one was in front of the Haunted Mansion.
Having a snack while waiting for the Festival of Fantasy Parade to start.
Birthday girl!!!
Love these. They are from Space Mountain. That ride was fun, but whoa it really jerks you around.
One of our favorite rides was Splash Mountain. Mom was definitely regretting she got on it! She had her head in Dad's lap the whole time. Ha! (Sorry Mom!!)
