I am not a photographer. But I would love to be. Or at least to know how to take pictures. One of my goals for the new year is to take some kind of photography class so that I can finally grasp how to shoot in manual mode. That is my goal.
Anyway, we needed a picture for our Christmas card this year. Money for a professional pic wasn't in the budget, so we got ourselves ready, picked a spot, and used our tripod to take our own. While they are in no way professional, they are not too shabby I'd say. Here are some of the best and most memorable ones we took:
