On Saturday, March 9th, we invited some of our closest friends and family over and had a house blessing. We worked hard the night before sweeping out all the floors to make everything cleaner and then the next morning a HUGE rain storm came in and so did the mud. It may have dampened the outside, but it didn't dampen our spirits or the spirits of our friends and family. What a blessing this day was!!!
We gave everyone markers and they spent the next several minutes going around writing scriptures all over the framework of our home. These pictures are an absolute treasure to us and so I took a picture of everyone and can't not include them here for memories sake.

One of my very favorites. Kris wrote this above the door frame leading into the play room. He wanted to call it our Elisha's Room based on the story in the Bible. Love this so much. We want this room to be able to be used for friends and family when they visit.
Found her like this at some point. Tim Sitler brought this and put it up for the boys. He thought it'd be fun.
