It was our year to be in KC for Thanksgiving.
Ledger bundled up to go see the chickens. We always have to go check them out.
Since I married into the Keim family, it has always been said that if you want something one day (after the Keims pass away), you have to put your "dot" on it. There are certain things that we know different ones of the kids have put their "dots" on. Well, I think this little Christmas musical train is nifty and so I told Kris I wanted to put our dot on it. Ha!
Ledger playing with Grandma.
We all went down to Les' property one day for lunch. Layton had made this little house out of sticks. He was proud of it.
We roasted hotdogs and had smores. It was something fun and different to do and got us out of the house.
Gotta love Lyle's seat.
This is one of Kris' all time favorite things to do--split wood.
I love this picture.
The boys just being boys.
Sister swinging!
Roena's sister, Bondena, and her husband, Ronnie, came for Thanksgiving. They lost their daughter and son-in-law recently. They were murdered at their home after being robbed. So very sad.
Ledger and Addi.
There is always a Wahoo game going on with all the cousins.
Time to open presents.
Then, it was nap time.
Our visit ended with snow flurries.
