Lots of September stuff to share. They are random things but they are the things that we have shared this month.
We were walking through Academy one night before church on a mission to find something and I just about fell out when I saw these two. Such a sweet moment between these two crazy brothers. Love it!
Layton and I are having quite a bit of "us" time these days and sometimes we get crafty.
We love having company--especially cousin Logan. He came down from Searcy one Friday night with a friend of his and the kids ate it up. Their favorite thing to do with company is play Wii Just Dance.
I have been really trying to work on my relationship with Hannah lately so one Saturday we had some girl time and spent the morning shopping for clothes. It was great!
Our Life Group starts at 4:00 on Sundays and occasionally the little guys conk out before it starts. This time Conner fell asleep on his way to our house and Layton had fallen asleep watching t.v., so we left them both asleep in the playroom chairs.
Fall is definitely the time for birthday parties around here. We have been too several. Lincoln went to his friend, Hudson's, Chuck E Cheese party one Friday night.
Kenzie had her 10th birthday party too. Here is Stacey's fabulous cake and cupcakes.
They had an outdoor scavenger hunt and then did a pinata.
Lincoln has been playing tennis for the last couple of months and so the whole family has kind of gotten in to it. I am really loving it and have played several times with Jill, Lincoln's friend, Jack's mom. Plus we have been playing as a family some too and really enjoying it.
Another picture of what Layton and I do during our days together. This day we were playing Wahoo.
School yearbook pictures were in September. I helped with them that day at school and therefore got a huge package of pictures for free. AWESOME! They turned out super cute too!
Layton is LOVING school and just eating it up. He had Open House one night and was so excited to show me everything about his class. I need to make a whole post by itself of some of the things that he comes home saying. I am in awe of what he is picking up.
Love how they talk about art and different famous artists like Van Gogh and Picasso.
Lefty. I have two of them!
Yes, he is the shortest one in his class. Bless his heart. There are 10 boys and 2 girls in his class.
Estimating??
Learning about patterns. He was showing me an ABABAB pattern.
They talk about the weather and I love how she is teaching them big/different words like overcast instead of cloudy.
We decorated a pumpkin together one day and he loved it!
Layton went to his friend Lorelei's birthday party at Pottery Worx one Saturday. He had so much fun painting his T-Rex. I wish I had taken an after picture because it turned out so cute!
Lincoln. Legos. Lord help me.
