Layton had a Book Character Parade at school. He had to dress up as a book character. The kids bring their books and then the teacher reads them during class. I always try to get my kids to pick a book that is easy to find things to use to dress up. That may be bad, but it sure makes life easier. We decided on "Little Dog Lost" which is a true story about a dog that got stranded on a sheet of ice in the Baltic Sea.
He sure did make a cute puppy dog.
