Jingle Bell Run 2010

Saturday was the 19th Annual Craig's Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis. This was our 4th year to participate and have a team, Hannah's Helpers. We had 48 team members this year and raised $2,817!! We raised the most money and we had the 2nd highest number of team members. We were so proud and extremely thankful for all the support we had again this year!

This year was super special because this year Hannah was in remission from her arthritis! We actually had her rheumatology check-up earlier in the week. She is doing just fantastic and we couldn't be more thankful. She is showing no signs of any joint issues and is one healthly little girl. The doctor even told us that if she continues this way for the next 18 months, she won't even have to see her anymore!! That would be AMAZING!!! God is so good!!

As usual I took lots of pictures of the day. This is always such a cute photo op for us. This year was fun because we had Layton to add to the mix. I found the PERFECT outfit for him at Crackerbarrel. He was another one of Hannah's Helpers. Enjoy the pictures!

One of my favorites!

I love how they always have Santa at the race. The kids did great sitting in his lap.

They were serious about telling him what they wanted. I was shocked at how much they talked to him.

Sweet little helper!

I tried to get a picture of each family that was there. I didn't get them all though because some showed up late. They didn't get in the big group picture either.

Jason, Amy, and Hannah (We missed Davis, who was sick, but wearing his shirt at home for us. So sweet!)

Next year I WILL run this 5K!!!! Gotta get through with nursing Layton and then I will be there next year with my running shoes on!!!

Hannah with Uncle Jeff

Uncle Wes came up from Dallas to run this year. We were so glad that he came. This was the first year he has gotten to make it! He was so excited that he finished 131 out of 667 people! Ha!

Walking up to the capitol.

Lincoln. He rode in the wagon most of the way. The kids were too big to fit in there together this year.

Hannah walked quite a bit. When she wasn't walking, she rode on someone's shoulders or in the wagon a bit.

Here are Kris and Hannah receiving the award for the team that raised the most money.

Thanks to my parents who came up as well!

We had a great time! Thanks again to all our family and friends that donated to the Arthritis Foundation to help fight this disease!! Please keep praying for our Hannah to stay in remission!
