Ledger at 7 months

Ledger at 7 months is pure joy.  He is so easy going.  He loves to laugh at his brothers and sister.  He dies laughing at Lincoln almost every day when I pick the kids up in the car pool line.  I have gotten several videos of this because it is so cute to watch.  Lincoln will do the silliest, most obnoxious things to get him to laugh!

He prefers his socks over toys.  He hates to have something taken away from him and gets very upset if you do.

He has yet to roll over because he just can't get those big ole legs to cooperate.  He is sitting up great though.  

He doesn't have any teeth yet, but they are coming.  He has eaten mandarin oranges, Ritz crackers, asparagus, green beans and liked it all.  He doesn't seem to like all baby food though, but likes green beans the best.  He eats cereal okay.  He is not sure what he thinks of Gerber Puffs and will not try to feed himself quite yet.  Nursing is going well.  He nurses 4-5 times a day.

He loves to be sung to and read to.  He likes "The Itsy Bitsy Spider"  and "Trot a Little Horsey."  He wants to hold his books himself.    He gets really excited when I get books out.  He still loves Bible Class and bath time too.

He hates to be put in his car seat, but once he gets in it, he is just fine.  His new seat is a little better, but he still fusses most of the time when being put in.  He is beginning to fuss some when put on the changing table to change his diaper as well.

Ledger is sleeping okay, but he still occasionally wakes up and cries out.  I get up to put his pacy back in and he will typically go back to sleep.  This is annoying, but it could be worse.  His bedtime is usually around 9:00.  He will wake up at different times in the morning usually between 5:30 and 7:00 a.m.

We are still having quite a few diaper blow outs.  He is still in size 4.  He wears mostly 12 months clothes, but still can fit in a few 9 month things.  Ledger's hair is still red.  I just love it!  His eyes are brown.  He hates to have his nails clipped.

He just the most content little thing for the most part and we couldn't love him more!!
