PV had another night where we partnered with the Pack Shack and had a "Feed the Funnel" party. This was so much fun last time, so we made sure we did it again. Ledger stayed in the nursery and the rest of us participated. They played fun music while everyone worked to make 40,000 meals. Everyone had a job and kind of worked in assembly lines of sorts.
Lincoln was at my station and helped pack the meal which was a Cheesy Rice and Vegetables packet.
Layton was a runner and took the filled packets to be weighed and closed.
Hannah and Kris helped count them and pack them up.
I love this service project because the whole church gets involved. It is fun. The kids can do it easily. And most importantly, we are helping to provide a ton of meals for hungry people in our community. It really is a great thing!!
