Happenings at the Land

It is a good 25 minute drive out to the land from our Bryant house and about the same from the apartment.  I have really enjoyed listening to Ledger talk about all he sees out the window as we drive.  He points out the horses, cows, barns, tractors, hay, etc as we go.  It is the cutest thing.  I particularly liked his crossed legs in this picture.

He has a blast playing with his tractors.

And rolling around on the dirty shop floor.

The big kids have loved having the four wheeler to ride around on.

August 13th:  The Cheesmans came out one day and rode with them.  This was Hannah with Braden.

Abby and Hannah.

Hannah and Braden thinking they are cool in the mini van!  Ha!

August 17th:  Ledger riding the tractor with Daddy.

August 25th:  Kris was mowing.  I think he is really looking forward to doing this more often!

Ledger picked his first blueberry and ate it.  I sure do hope our bushes last and we get some more next year!

We are also looking forward to living close to our new preacher and his family, the Storments.  They are remodeling his childhood home about 10 minutes from our land.  We met them at the Salem Dairy Bar for lunch one Saturday.

Samuel, Layton, Ledger, Lincoln, and Hannah.
