Wii wish you a Happy New Year!

We had a New Year's Party at our house Wednesday night with our LIFE Group. We decided to take the kids to the Jump Zone that afternoon to try to really wear them out so they'd all go down to sleep okay at our house later that night. They all had a blast! Even the mommies had fun I think. All I know is that we were really tired too from having to go up in all the inflatibles with our children! It was a workout!

Jackson--I love how he knew to lay down on his back. Lincoln would stay sitting up and some of the slides were pretty steep so he'd get flipped around head-first. He'd have this look of terror on his face when it was over.

That night everyone came over around 8:00. We had snacky foods which were all yummy! There were 4 little boys and Hannah to try to put to bed. Jackson was in a pack-n-play in our master bedroom. Carter was in one in our master closet! Lincoln was in his bed. Jack was in a pack-n-play in Hannah's room and Hannah was in her bed. All the kids were down pretty much by 10:00 which I think is really great considering how excited they all were. So, the grown-ups got to play until around 1:00 a.m. when everyone decided to go home. We had a lot of fun! Kris decided he HAD to get a Wii. He also decided he had to have the Rock Band. So, we had one Wii in our playroom set up with Rock Band (drum set, 2 guitars, and mic) and one Wii set up in the living room with WiiFit. I have to admit, I really like the Wii. It is alot of fun.

Jason brought this game called Raving Rabbids. It was a game that had these dance moves that you had to sync up with on the screen. The guys looked like they were part of a dance group doing the moves!

At midnight we all had our toast with our Sparkling Grape Juice! I love this picture! I love our LIFE Group! Happy New Year Everyone!
