End of School Stuff

I can't believe the school year is over.  It absolutely flew by.  It is such a reminder of the fact that kids just don't stay little long.  Sigh.

Layton completed Pre-K4 this year and had a wonderful year.  He ate up learning and made us laugh at all the things he would come home talking about.  He loved going to school and never once didn't want to go.  His teacher was amazing.  What a huge blessing to have had her.

His school doesn't do an end of the year program.  They just sing a few songs and get a certificate.  Short and sweet.

Hannah had a great year too.  At their awards ceremony she was recognized for Student Council and All A's.  I love that she stepped out of her comfort zone and ran for Student Council.  That was huge and we are so proud of her for that.  She helped her teacher out all the time and we know that she is known for being reliable and responsible.

Lincoln's grade doesn't have an award ceremony, but if it did he should have gotten some kind of award for good behavior because he was a little angel this year.  :-)  I think he got the perfect teacher for him.  She was always so complimentary of him.

The last week of school the kids had their Field Day.  I didn't get to be out with Hannah but did get to watch Lincoln during his.

I love this picture of him walking with his friend Hiroshi.  So cute!

And you can't do an end of the year post without last day of school pictures.

And here is a side by side comparison just for fun.

Next up, a summer full of fun!!!
