End of Year Awards

End of year awards time.  I can't believe this year is basically over.

This guy gets the award for sweetest baby ever!

The Kindergarten classes sang a few songs and then got their diplomas.

Layton's class.

Layton getting his diploma from his teacher, Mrs. Kirkley.

They went back to their class and had refreshments and got some awards.  Layton got the Super Speller Award because she said that he was always wanting to make sure he was spelling every word correctly.  He is a good little speller and reader.  We are so proud of the year he has had!

Lincoln has had an amazing year.  It couldn't have been any better.  I LOVED his teacher and being in the Gifted class this year was SO good for him.  He got to do lots of fun things including Quiz Bowl, which he loved.  He has been off all his ADHD meds all year and just done fabulous.  I think that he had the perfect teacher for him.  I wish they could all be like her!!!

He got the George Washington Award in his class because he is a responsible citizen and a class leader.  So proud of him!

Lincoln's teacher made this book mark for him with words that his classmates used to describe him.  This was awesome!  Ladies Man makes me laugh!!!

Our Hannah got two awards at her ceremony.  She got an Art Award and a Writing Award.  Love this creative little writer of ours.  She also made all A's and a few B's this year.  She took 3 of the 4 Pre-AP classes that 6th graders can take.  She has made some good friends this year and really enjoyed playing in the band.

I am so proud of all our kiddos.  They are good students, good friends, well thought of, and have good behavior.  What more can I ask?
