I told Hannah that one night she could pick her own menu for dinner and make it all by herself. She loved the idea and researched what she wanted to make. She decided on Lasagna, Caesar salad, and Sister Schubert rolls. I gave her a few pointers like how to drain the lasagna noodles and put some oil on them to keep them from sticking together, but she did it all herself.
Her lasagna was delicious!!! I was so proud of her, but best of all, I think she was proud of herself!! We will definitely be doing this more often!! She is just getting so big.
