This has been a much better week. I think I may have gotten past the feeling really yucky if I don't eat something every couple of hours. The doctor called yesterday to tell me that I was a little anemic, so I have to start taking iron. I guess that explains some of the total fatigue I've been feeling! I am looking forward to feeling better and a little more normal soon--or as normal as you can feel when you are pregnant anyway. I know I have been more sluggish with this pregnancy partly because I haven't felt super and I am trying to take care of TWO kids this time around. Makes a big difference I think.
I am HUGE. I feel HUGE--already. I know this is silly because I can't really fit into my maturnity clothes very well. They are too big. But my regular clothes are too uncomfortable. I don't like this awkward stage. I think I am feeling a lot of bloating. Again, hopefully this will go away soon.
Sleep has been harder lately. If I take a nap during the day, it really messes with my night time sleep. I find myself already a little uncomfortable and I'm getting up 2-3 times to go to the bathroom. The weirdest thing is the very real and detailed dreams I've been having. Don't remember doing that with the other two. I'm telling ya, weird things happen to you when you are pregnant! Ha!
I sound like I am complaining, but really I am just surprised at how different I've felt. It is not totally bad by any means. Just different. I am still super thrilled to be pregnant and thank God so much for this huge blessing!
Lincoln asked me the other day after we walked in the door from being gone somewhere, "Momma, where's your baby?" He still doesn't quite "get it." Hopefully, when my belly really starts to show, he will understand that there really is a baby in there--or it may just be when it comes out! Hannah keeps talking about the fact that I have to go to the hospital when I have the baby. She remembers from last time. Interesting how that sticks out in her mind. I wonder if she is a little worried about that? I think she is getting excited though!
According to babycenter.com, the baby is nearly an inch long and about the size of a grape.
Saw somewhere where someone held up a sign in the picture to mark off the weeks. Thought this was a good idea. So, here are my 9 weeks pictures.

Wow, I am really behind on blogs! Congratulations on baby #3! :) And I love Hannah's fancy nancy stuff--we are just getting into those books. The new xmas one is really cute.
Hang in there! I wish I could say it gets easier, but I think that being pregnant and keeping up with 2 others is quite challenging! I will say that I spent the money on a belly band and used it all the time since I felt really big early on as well. I'll be saying a prayer for you -- call me anytime if you need someone to talk to since I totally completely fully understand how you feel!!!!! :)
